Ashley Judd is in “Jeopardy”; TLC feels “Unpretty”

Double Jeopardy is Ashley Judd’s finest work. And you can’t argue with me because she has a Blockbuster Entertainment Award for Favorite Actress in a Suspense Film for her work here. You know who doesn’t have that award? Jodie Foster, Michelle Pfeiffer, Meg Ryan and Brooke Shields. Those fools all declined the role of Libby Parsons, a goodly housewife framed for the murder of her husband. And where are they all now? They are watching a movie about a dolphin named “Hope” in the Ashley Judd-starrer and Rotten Tomatoes certified-fresh, Dolphin Tale 2—Judd’s second finest work.

Double Jeopardy was the number one film at the box office for three straight weekends starting the weekend of September 24, 1999.

Moving on to the TLC’s “Unpretty”… things that make me feel “unpretty”: morning face, classic fit jeans, dried sauce on my chin, and Matt Bomer.

Now that you’ve stared at the male-beauty equivalent of the sun, try to pick up the pieces of your shattered self with one of the best self-esteem anthems of the 90s, “Unpretty.”

“Unpretty” became TLC’s fourth number one single, topping the Billboard Hot 100 chart for three weeks from Sepetmber 18th, 1999 through the week of October 2nd, 1999.
